We do not do refunds unless the item has been shipped back to us or there is video proof of the item being destroyed beyond use.
While we understand some things may differ from your original idea slightly we do not accept returns for this. That is why we send pictures of items during the whole creative process to ensure you are happy.
We do however offer returns on items that have been damaged during shipping.
